The 11th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition will be held from 15 to 19 July at the Palais des Nations. The Competition is organized by the Centre for Human Rights based at the Faculty of Law, University of Pretoria, in partnership with the Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, Washington College of Law, American University and the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at Geneva.

As part of the Moot Court Competition, a public event with Albie Sachs, Former Judge of the South African Constitutional Court, and Michelle Bachelet, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, will take place on 18 July 2019 at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
