CERN launches a fund to address global challenges. The ambition is to promote wider use of technologies developed within the scientific organization, in particular, to achieve the SDGs. The first innovation selected in this context is the Compact Precision Laser Inclinometer (CPLI). A high-precision device capable of measuring ground movements and anticipating possible natural disasters.
