On 22 March 2021, World Water Day, the Geneva Cities Hub and UN-Habitat organize, in collaboration with the Geneva Water Hub, the online debate "Water & Sanitation in the City: Good & Bad experiences, what are the lessons?" This high-level discussion is a first of a series entitled "Geneva Urban Debates". In 2017, Magnum photographer Alex Webb pictured this scene of swimmers in the Yangtze River in Chongqing, China.

On Wednesday, 3 March, the IUCN will host two Ministerial panels on Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for Recovery. Ten governments will join IUCN's Director-General, Dr. Bruno Oberle, to discuss the benefit of NbS for more sustainable and resilient societies. The scene above takes place in Greenland in 2008.
