The Ninth Meeting of States Parties (9MSP) to the Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM) will be held from 2 to 4 September 2019 in Room XX at the Palais des Nations. The photojournalist and TED member Laura Boushnak spent over 10 years documenting the survivors of cluster bombs. This image shows Mohammed's prosthetic legs at his home in the Rashidieh refugee camp in Tyre, Lebanon. Mohammed lost his legs at the age of 11 when he and his father rode a motorcycle on a cluster bomb near Tyre in 2006.
