From 12 to 15 April 2021, the "Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment" will convene global players with a multi-sectoral approach to enhance fair, ethical, and responsible recruitment of migrant workers. On 22 March 2021, World Water Day, the Geneva Cities Hub and UN-Habitat organize, in collaboration with the Geneva Water Hub, the online debate "Water & Sanitation in the City: Good & Bad experiences, what are the lessons?" This high-level discussion is a first of a series entitled "Geneva Urban Debates". In 2017, Magnum photographer Alex Webb pictured this scene of swimmers in the Yangtze River in Chongqing, China.

From 24 February to 17 March, the exhibition "Palais des Nations: A Time for Reflection", co-organized by the Center of Photography Geneva (CPG) and the UN Geneva Perception Change Project, will be presented in the Geneva public display space.

On Wednesday, 3 March, the IUCN will host two Ministerial panels on Nature-based Solutions (NbS) for Recovery. Ten governments will join IUCN's Director-General, Dr. Bruno Oberle, to discuss the benefit of NbS for more sustainable and resilient societies. The scene above takes place in Greenland in 2008.

From 22 February to 23 March, the Human Rights Council holds its 46th regular session. United Nations' highest body dedicated to the protection and promotion of Human Rights will notably address racism, poverty, children's rights, and the rights of people with disabilities. On 18 February 2021, the Geneva Internet Platform invites you to the 6th Geneva Engage Awards online ceremony. Besides the three prizes granted for social media outreach and online engagement, a new award will be given for innovative and effective approaches to conducting remote meetings.

On 10 February, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) and, World Health Organization (WHO) present a webinar on International instruments on the use of antimicrobials across the human, animal, and plant sectors. In 2017, the photojournalist Patrick Zachmann reported the work and lives of the Cambimba Village's farmers, Morroa, Colombia, supported by the FAO.

Based in Geneva, the International alliance for the protection of heritage in conflict areas (ALIPH) is the only global fund exclusively dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of cultural heritage in conflict in post-conflict areas. After two years of operation, it is now financing over 100 projects in 22 countries for more than 35 million USD.
