Appropriate IP policies, an effective legal framework, robust enforcement mechanisms are crucial elements of the innovation ecosystem that enable a nation to achieve these goals.||In this session, we will discuss IP enforcement as a tool for sustainable development, focusing on SDGs relating to health, industrial innovation, well-functioning infrastructure, reduced inequalities and justice.
